Hello wonderful parents and guardians, What a fun and busy week it’s been! The kids wrapped up Lesson 5 and got their grammar books to review the first four lessons. These review pages will help them get ready for the upcoming test, so feel free to go through the answers with them and cheer them on as they study ahead. It’s all about practice at this stage! Exciting news for our Grade 2 kiddos—they’ve started decorating their LIM notebooks, and we’ll be reusing their Grade 1 notebooks, so no worries there! For our new friends, we’ll pop a reminder in their communication books to bring theirs in. Thank you so much for your continued support and all the hard work you put in this week! We can’t wait to see everyone again next week. Attached below is the printout for Lesson 6. 203A 201B

Dear Parents and Guardians, We had a fantastic week in class, making great progress! Despite the shorter schedule, the students thoroughly enjoyed the lessons. Next week, we’ll be wrapping up Lesson 4, and I’m eager to see what they’ll accomplish! We’re also preparing for an advanced phonics review to get them ready for their first English exam. This review will cover Lessons 1 through 4, ensuring that everyone feels confident. Just a quick reminder: it’s not review week yet, and we still have three more lessons to complete before the exam, so there’s no need to worry. I’ll keep this blog updated with any new information as we move forward. Thank you so much for your continued support! Attached below is the printout for Lesson 5. 203A 201B

Here’s a quick look at all the awesome things we’ve been up to: 📚 Phonics Fun: This week, we dove into the world of long vowel sounds. We learned how the letters a ,   and  i    can say their names, like in “cake,” “tree,” “bike,” “boat,” and “tune.” We practiced stretching out these vowel sounds and had so much fun finding words with long vowels! 📝 Grammar Time: We got to know the “be” verbs, like am , is , and are . We used them to describe who we are and what we are doing. For example, “I am learning” and “She is reading.” It’s amazing how these little words help us make sentences! ➕ Math Magic: We worked on addition this week! We practiced adding numbers and finding the answers with our math superpowers. Plus, we had some cool games and challenges that made math even more exciting! Some even got to cheer for our classmates.  🌈 Sci...
